Originally from Leawood, Kansas, a suburb on the border of Kansas and Missouri, Spenser brings a grounded Midwestern perspective to his legal practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The College of Charleston, majoring in Political Science with minors in International Studies and Spanish—a combination that reflects his broad interests and global awareness.
Spenser went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, where he served as Chairman of the Student Honor Board. In that role, he helped uphold the school’s ethical standards and demonstrated a strong commitment to integrity and leadership—values that continue to guide his professional work today.
Outside the office, Spenser enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, and exploring the city of Charleston. A loyal sports fan, he proudly supports the Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas Jayhawks.

Andrew Mingledorff
Andrew R. Mingledorff is a post-bar law clerk at Mingledorff Law Group, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. Known for his intelligence, strong analytical skills, and personable nature, Andrew is committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he distinguished himself both academically and within the law school community. He was honored with the Outstanding Graduate Award for the full-time division—an award given annually to one student who exemplifies professionalism, ethical leadership, and a commitment to improving the legal system. He also served as a Line Editor for the school’s Law Journal, a role that sharpened his legal writing and editorial skills.
Andrew completed his undergraduate degree at Piedmont University, where he laid the foundation for his legal career through rigorous academics and a strong commitment to service and leadership.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his family, who keep him grounded and inspired. His approachable personality, integrity, and natural curiosity make him not only a skilled advocate but also someone clients and colleagues genuinely enjoy working with.
